I wear 32x30 jeans. I bought the small/short and they fit great.

I'm about the same size although I may be closer to a 30 waist and I went with the small/reg. which fit just right. So you might want the med/regular. P.S. I tried on some NF gear at the local sports store before ording which was a smart idea for me.

The medium shorts only have a 29" inseam, so you may want the regulars, which have a 31" inseam. Depends if you'd rather have your pants a little long, or a little short.
