Hi. I am a 5ft4in woman with reasonably small knees. These knee pads are one size. Would they fit me OK? Thanks

With such adjustable straps they would surley fit you.

I have tiny knees and chicken legs. They fit me perfectly. They still have lots of room to tighten or loosen if my legs were to shrink or grow!

They should work. They have a static strap on the bottom and an elastic strap at the top, so they work really well for about constant flexing, and stay comfortable.
