My fiance wants a ski/snowboard jacket for the season. He does not do either sport regularly, but I do. Would this jacket work for him? I don't want to spend the big bucks on a Northface like mine, when I know he wont be out on the slops much. also does the jacket run short?

Hi Rachel - This jacket doesn't run short. The jacket will work just fine if you think he will like the style. Another option would be The North Face Modulation Jacket which is insulated if you think that would be important. These would probably be the best two jackets that I can think of that have a reasonable price and look good. Hope this helps
