id like to condition/waterproof a pair i beat down last year. Is it helpful or necessary to clean the glove with something like lexol cleaner before treating with pecards/obenauf's/snoseal?

nikwax leather treatment is best for treating, its not waxed based, but water based. the treatment will do a good job of cleaning, while treating, because the water base does a great job of getting the gunk off.
