What type of material is on the inside of the sleeves. Is it that same silky material that is on the inside of the body part of the jacket? Also are the sleeves and hood insulated? And is the shell that polartec powershield material? Would this jacket be warm enough in the single digits with no sun? Is it warmer or about the same as the Welder Hi? Thanks for the help.

The inside of the sleeves is the same silky material as the body, and both sleeves and hood are insulated. The shell isn't Polartec, but it's very similar and just as good. It is certainly warm enough in the single digits with no sun, and definitely warmer than the Welder Hi.
