Brian- You can wear a pair of sport briefs under the Stabilyx Tight or any of the other CW-X support tights. You don't have to, but you can. CW-X makes mesh briefs for summer running under the tights, but for winter time you can probably go with a polyester brief. Stay away from pure cotton if you can since they will collect moisture too bad. Good luck.

Nope. Under-roo's will only cause chaffing.
