I have a long inseam(30 inches) but the size chart says I take a small (I', 5'7" and 122 lbs.). Should I go the next size up?

HI Lori- My suggestion for you is this. If you have long legs that are skinny, then I would go with the small and you will have a slight space between the bottom of the Insulates Stabilyx Tight and your ankle. This is fine as long as the knee area fits around your patella (knee cap) correctly and the waist sits comfortably around your waist. However if you have strong or full legs, then I would go up to the medium. This way you will get more length, but you will be able to fill out the medium leg area properly. I hope this info helps.
