Nothing for abrasion on these pants. If you are looking for a softshell pant that has abrasion protection, check out The North Face Randonee Pant - it has Kevlar reinforced patches for crampons/skis, and would be a more suitable softshell pant for skiing and climbing. Hope this helps-
