Does anybody know whether the 2009 version is longer than the 2007 version? Also, is there more room in the armpits for the 2009 version than the 2007? I have the 2007 version, and the armpits are a little tight. I would like to purchase a new jacket, but don't want to do so if it has the same problem. Thanks!

I just got this jacket last month, and unfortunately, due to poor ski conditions this year, haven't been able to ski in it yet. However, I have worn it on cold/rainy days and it feels very room (no constrictions in the armpits) and the jacket waistband hits just below the hips when i pull it down. I did order a size M thought, and I usually wear a S.
