I have used it on the Scratch BC from 06. as for the size the 120mm works great. but with a 128mm tip you could go for more coverage with a 130mm skin if you are carrying a large pack.

Yes, the clip attachment will go over the twin tip. You should get your skins to about 5mm with in the width of the widest part of the ski and then trim them to size.
