Is this jacket warm enough to wear alone in the winter? As in, with nothing on top and just regular clothes underneath? I'm not talking like 30 below or anything, just like between 0 and 30.

Definitely not. At any temperature below freezing you will be cold in The North Face Khumbu Fleece Jacket. It is just normal fleece (not windstopper) so the wind rips right through it. To stay warm in the winter I would recommend the Khumbu with a nice waterproof/windproof shell over it.
