how would this board fare in steep and deep powder (like Revelstoke, BC) when say compared to a Lib Tech T.Rice BTX with C2????
I realise the lib tech board would be stiffer and that the rocker is different on both boards, but I once took a friends DH through trees in Niseko Japan's deep pow and it shredded...
I am not into jibbing rails / boxes, i am into trees, deep pow and speedy groomers...
Is the DH2 for me or should I go for the Lib Tech T.Rice BTX C2...?

Neither you want a FREERIDE snowboard not a FREESTYLE snowboard. Check out something like the Burton Custom X. Check out http://www.backcountry.com/store/group/295/All-Mountain-Snowboards.html for backcountry.com's list of all mountain snowboards (freeride)
