Why to some of the suits show a zipper in the back at the waitband, and others have the half-moon zip on the butt? Are some older pictures/ previous versions of the suit? Which zipper will I get?

According to customer service, all of the ones they have in stock now have the waistband zipper, which is easier to unzip, and just seems more comfortable. Some of the pictures above are of older versions (with the half-moon zip)
