I fit into the womens large (5'9", 180lbs) on chart but I am concerned about the rise. I am curvy and have on longer rise/ high waist, will these work for me?

Lisa- One other option is to look at the Performx Tight by CW-X. In the Performx tight, it is not as crucial to align the knee area. So you can fit the tight higher or lower on your waist if needed. The function and support is very similar to the Expert tight you are looking at. Size Large is correct, and because the tights stretch very well, they should fit a curvy figure no problem. Good luck.

I believe they will. I am 5'4" and got the small. The come up to my natural waist and have a draw string to keep them there. These are not "stylish" low rise tights. They are great running tights that supply extra support to the knees. I found it hard to believe that clothing could add extra bounce to my step, but I'll be darned if these tights didn't do just that! I just finished my second ski season using these as my base layer ans I am very happy to report that A.) They have held up perfectly and B.) No injuries!
