Merrell shoes run a bit snug, but they stretch out and have a lot of give. and there is a lot of room at the instep and toe box. and next to Birkenstock shoes they give me the best support and comfort. i have flat feet with a very narrow heel, with an outside bunion on left foot, and some nerve damage from an old broken bone on the right outside. i live in the metro Atlanta area, and have found the leather Merrells to be too hot in the summer, so i switched to the Breeze style, and wear them yearound.
