The MHW nitrous jacket is more fitted. However, I think the Patagonia Down Sweater is better made and slightly warmer. My nitrous has been leaking feathers all over the place since I got it 2 months ago.

I don't think Montbell makes anything called the Nitrous Down Jacket. MHW does though. But between this one and the Nitrous, I'd go with this one. I think its made better. For you, I'd guess a small would be the best/most athletic fit to go under a shell, NOT over. For that, I'd first recommend a different jacket and then certainly at least a medium.
