How good is the summer ventilation in this tent? I'm looking for a tent that can hold up to cold, rain, and possibly snow, but can vent well enough to make summer camping trips in AZ not hellish. I figured this one might work, since the two doors might allow for some cross-breeze, if you use the mesh doors.

I agree with the last answer. You're going to be using this tent primarily in Arizona so ventilation is imperative, anything else is secondary, & do you really need a four season tent? For what you get, this MHW two person tent is heavier & more expensive than others on the market. I've been using the Big Agnes Emerald Mountain in Colorado into early winter for the last two years & it offers more than most @ a very reasonable price. Compare all the specs. I definitely think it's worthy of your consideration. Here's more information: http://www.backcountry.com/outdoorgear/Big-Agnes-Emerald-Mountain-SL2-Super-Light-Tent-2-Person-3-Season/BAG0060M.html

For what you're looking for, this is probably the closet thing you could get, depending on how much snow you're looking at. If you're only worried about a dusting occasionally, I'd look at something with more mesh like a true 3 season. In my experience, I've done alright - not great - with MHW 3-season tents in some light snow, plus, they're going to be more breathable. That said, with out the fly and using the mesh, you'd probably be alright. Just remember that Backcountry has got an awesome return policy!
