How does this compare to the Icebreaker 200, is it warmer? I know it's only a lightweight base layer but to what temps will this keep me warm. My runs are 5 - 6 miles so I'm not looking for anything too heavy but will this do for fall/winter runs as a stand alone piece.

I would say the icebreaker 200 is a tad bit warmer

I compared the IB 200 and this Stoic and they are the same material thickness.
