Will this jacket layer over the Millet Belay Device jacket? It is a Lrg, will this soft shell in lrg fit over it or should I size up?

Why would you put a softshell UNDER a belay jacket? Millet fits small so get a triple XL(XXXL)if you plan on going over even a medium belay jacket.
