Is the hood on this jacket helmet compatible? Also, how does Millet tend to fit compared to say Arcteryx?

I have the Millet Origin Pro and the hood is quite small compared to an Arcteryx hood. Not quite sure, but I had to get another helmet to accommodate the smaller hood. It's fine now though. Millet will fit like a slimmer cut Arcteryx jacket (gamma or maybe even the beta). I'm 5'10" - 175 and wear a US Medium in the Origin Pro. It is pretty form fitting, but I can still layer with a capeline and an R1/2.
