ugh. I love my Thule's but I lost the paperwork and can't seem to figure out how to take off the crossroad feet for winter. I don't have a lock on them. I don't want to break them trying.
Can someone help?

The outer face (the part with spot for lock and says "Thule") pulls of with a little bit of brute force and ignorance (screwdriver?), then that reveals a built in hex key that should unscrew the rubber strap.
