I want to buy my daughter this coat for Christmas. She is 5'4" and 127 lbs. She is lean with a small frame but she is big busted. What size would be better suited for her Small or Medium?

Medium...this jacket runs very short. I am 5' even, 110 lbs and got the Medium b/c the Small was too short.
