Hey, new snowboarder here, was wondering if this would be good to have, as I am often falling down a lot. Is it worth it to have these or am I good without them? Remember this is snowboarding, not skiing, though I don't know if that makes a diff, I'm still new to this.

actually, i think you might better spend your money on wrist guards or impact shorts. or you could do all three.

I say get them. They are so low-profile you will not notice them. As a new boarder you'll be on your knees, and butt a good bit.
