Hi, Do these mittens have an inside glove? I have Raynaud syndrome and my fingers needs to be together in order to be warm. I am looking for very warm mittens since my fingers end up always without blood circulation. I'm a ski instructor and already have a collection of mittens....Planning to use them for hiking with snowshoes or even skate skiing. Isabelle

listen kid so do i and alls you need is a real thin pair of silk gloves inside this mitt and it is toast all day when everyone else was freezing i had my mitts off first time in my life. they are worth every penny last mit u will buy but get the silk gloves for when you take your mitts off

I think you were asking if the mittens have finger separations in them. They do not. I have the Raynaud thing as well really sucks these mitts will keep you warm.

Yes, it has a Bemberg/polyamide removable liner.
