Since the women's sidewall jacket is only water resistant not waterproof and doesn't have insulation, will it still be warm in rainy-wet conditions?

Emily, The Sidewall Jacket is totally waterproof and will absolutely keep you warm and dry in rainy-wet conditions. It's got Patagonia's H2No waterproof membrane that works really well.

If you are worried about staying warm in wet conditions and this jacket is only water resistant, I would look elsewhere.
