How do you get CalmelBak big bite valve mouthpiece "on"?? On the tube? or 90-degree bend in CamelBak's Ergo HydroLock? I've tried to push the mouthpiece on the tube and the 90-degree bend, dry and wet, But it will not work. I've tried twisting the bite on the tube....but it seems it will not work. How do you put on the mouthpiece on?

A couple drops of dish soap works the best.

Like the two previous people said, it can take a lot of effort to jam the mouthpiece on there. Which is a good thing, because if it was easy it would probably leak everywhere. I coated the mouthpiece and tube with rubbing alcohol the first time I rammed it on there. It helped slightly, but what I discovered later when I was removing it to clean it works much better. Run both parts under hot tap water to get them warm and loosened up. Then you're able to fit them together with much less effort.

I used a little bit of culinary oil and it eased the process, still quite 'painful'

I had to work with mine for a while and after a lot of frustration and a couple of big, deep breaths I just wiggled and twisted it enough to get it on there. They're great once they are on but they can be a pain in the hiney to get into position.
