nope, these are the EST version to only be used on the channel. The ones you want are here: http://www.dogfunk.com/snowboard/Burton-Escapade-Snowboard-Binding-Womens/BUR0481M.html The link above has the same model bindings in a non-EST version (and these come with both 3 hole, fits any burton ride, and 4 x 4 disks, all other companies, so you'll be styling!)
