Montrail Mountain Masochist Trail Running Shoe - Men's

Item #MON0108 | 0 in Stock

Vitesse has been the only trail running shoe that I have worn....

Vitesse has been the only trail running shoe that I have worn. Which shoe would be the best replacement - Masochist, Streak, or Hardrock? Or a shoe from another company? I liked the comfort/fit and protection offered by the Vitesse, although faster drying would be the one improvement I'd want.

Thanks Jon. I did see that Montrail now has the neutral Rock Ridge out. I would love to hear your comparison of the Rock Ridge vs MM once you get some runs in them.

I ran in the Vitesse for years. What am I running in now? The Mountain Masochist all last year and I am going to try the Rock Ridge this season. The Vitesse is a neutral shoe and the only neutral shoe in the line these days is the Rock Ridge... although the Masochist is close (has a mini-stability post). Hope this helps!
