How's the sizing? I'm 5'6 135lbs, should I get a small or medium. Also, I hear that this is equivalent to an Icebreaker 200. I'm looking for a stand alone piece in 40 degree 6 mile runs. Does BackCountry make anything that will suffice or should I go w/ Icebreaker and just shell out more bucks.

I think a small would be perfect. My friend is 5'9" and about 155lbs and he wore a medium. Size up to medium if you have really broad shoulders or long torso. Do realize it should be a snug/slim fit (ex: altitude crewe) except on those styles that say otherwise (classic or relaxed fit). If you're like me, I hate shirts that are baggy when I run, so I love the slim fit of Icebreakers. I think you may find a 150 or 160 weight will be much more comfortable in 40 degrees. I have run in up to a 260 weight in very cold conditions. Go for Icebreaker- just buy on sale : )
