hi..I'm interested in buying Revolution Climbing, Inc. Jib Combo Set - 40 piece..what i want to know is says is type of hold :small hands and feet..this is applicable to what age group..thanks

I believe what it means is there is an assortment of small hand holds, and small foot jibs. This is so a climber can train harder while at home. To the small hand of a child it might be huge, while it is probably a three finger crimp for me. Small foot jibs will make you concentrate on foot work. They seem to be pretty small because they are all screw on's.
