I've had foot surgery and have been told to wear a rocker sole or (and) a steel shank.
I am not familiar with the term "injection-molded TPU" What does TPU stand for? Thanks

I believe it means Thermoplastic Polyurethane. I would talk with a company that makes custom footbeds. They could probably help you out or at least make some recommendations.
