I have noticed that my camelback hydration bladder fits perfectly against the back of the pack, although there is no sleeve for it. With tiny amount of gear (shirt, pair of shorts) my bladder has not moved at all and provide a very comfortable and cool back-panel of sorts.

The Cierzo 18 does not have a hydration bladder sleeve but the 35 does.
