I am really tall and always have a problem with sleeves and torso...

I am really tall and always have a problem with sleeves and torso being long enough. Although I'd normally be a medium, I am wondering if anyone would recommend ordering a size up for length? Does this jacket run long at all?

If you normally have a problem with sleeves being short, I would suggest looking at another jacket. I'm 5'6" and I got a large...the sleeves are just barely long enough for me when I have my arms down at my sides. When I put both arms out in front, not only do the sleeves go up past my wrists, but the jacket is super tight across the back. The length, however, is perfect for me, but again, I'm not really all that tall.
