Anyone using this with a Thermarest Neoair and if so how is it working for you?

Same idea occurred to me! It is not contradictory. This sort of item is clearly for car camping. Lightweight backpacking and car camping/base camp have different requirements in terms of comfort! And YES, people do both!

Actually, I think it's a good question. Remember, many folks into backpacking are not exclusively ultraliters or even exclusively backpackers. So while I wouldn't consider carrying both for long distance backpacking, I would for basecamp backpacking and for kayak camping.

I highly doubt someone using this pad will be using it with a neo-air and vise versa. It's contradictory.
