Hi, I have a size small baselayer (North Face-xtc midweight tight). Is the cutting of this pant similar to the tight? I am 140ibs, 5' 3". Should I get a S or M?

Hi Dawn- because the fleece pant is for more of a casual fit, I would go with the medium here.
