do you have the large available with the tall inseam. Also do I need an extra considerations if fitting these pants over a ski boot?

If the size is not in the drop down menu they dont have them. They should fit fine over a ski boot since they are made for ski touring. Check out chat now and maybe they can tell you if they are getting your size in anytime soon.
