could i throw on a pair of Hammerhead tele bindings on these? Im looking for a off piste twin as im moving out west and thought that these would be a good choice.

Yeah, Hammerheads would work great with these skis. They're my personal favorite for tele bindings, especially if you do mainly resort skiing.
