I am 5'4 120 lbs and have wide shoulders. i am small on top but usually purchase size m in shirts due to my shoulders. do you recommend a small or med. in this jacket

I usually take a large this one runs big. I would go with the med.

If this jacket was a North Face performance fit I would probably point you toward a medium, but since it is their standard fit which more generous, I think you are going to be better fit in the small. Hope this helps-
