My husband is 6'4", 220lbs and usually needs a 36/37 sleeve length in dress shirts. Should I get him the XL or XXL in the Venture Parka? My biggest concern is arm length.

I'd go with the double X for sure. I take a 34/35 sleeve length and can fit in an XL. He should fit just fine in the double though. Hope that helps.
