Write your question here...I ordered this for my grandaughter. she
said the zipper has three or four broken teeth and zipper has come loose and out of jacket. I feel you should replace this jacket as much as it cost. this should not have happened thank you linda holloman

In addition to the unlimited return policy, they'll pay for return shipping and send you a new one extra fast if you get on Live Chat and tell them what happened. I did that with a Nalgene bottle and the new one arrived the day after I sent the old one. I'd try that first.
