This is a shell jacket and as such, doesn't have insulation. It's great with a fleece (Delta SV is super warm and low bulk). If you want a more insulated version, check the Arc'teryx Scarabee, Venta SV, or Easyrider. Ideal warm coat is the Kappa SV or Fission SV, but the trade-off for super warm, is that they are more bulky; still super comfy though. The Arc'teryx patterning tends to move well, so a puffy doesn't feel restrictive.
