I'm looking for something really waterproof, for hiking all day long in pouring rain. Every jacket I've ever worn in these conditions has saturated after a couple hours. How does this one do? If this isn't what I'm looking for, what is?

The Arc'teryx Theta SV is made using Gore ProShell with Arc'teryx construction and face fabric. For perspective, the Theta SV is designed and built in Vancouver, BC, which has an annual rainfall total of 44"- that's a lot of all-day rain.
