I'm trying to decide b/n the volkl aura and line celebrity. I'm a solid skier who wants to slowly branch out into deeper stuff, maybe backcountry. I tried the aura last year and loved them but can get a great deal on the celebrity skis. What do you think?

I bought these skis for my wife, after she and I researched a bit. She had been disappointed by last year's Atomic Heaven 'n Hell and yearned for the feeling of her old Pocket Rockets. She loves them. She is a solid skier and likes the pistes and "bluebird" powder days.
