Hey I have been riding for about 5 years about 3 times every winter and i would say i am an intermediate rider. i am 5 7, weigh 125 and have a size 8.5 in womans. What size of board would be best for me?

Shoe size won't be an issue for any board, so you're good there. That low weight also will be accomodated nicely by any size board, I have riden 148's for park and I'm 6'0" and weigh 185, no problems. A general rule of thumb is to have the board come up to your nose, but this can be tweaked depending on what you want to ride (shorter for park/jib, longer for POW/big mountain). If you are going to ride park/jib, I would go for the 148, for POW/big mountain/all around go for 152 or 156.
