I'm 5'8" 145-150lbs, 32in waist 38inch chest, small is a pain in the butt to get on and harder still to get off, but once on it fits perfectly. Only enough room to put a tshirt on under it though -- but I'm not sure what I'd want to put under it if I had a size larger.
