would midweight mean closer to a polartec 100 or 200?
anyone know if columbia sizing is consistent? i tried on the cascade style in a store and while i typically buy smalls it fit me more like i'd expect a medium to. i'm 5'0 115# 34/27/36

out of those two choices, PT200. It may be a bit heavier. This piece has a fit that is generous without being too baggy. If you plan to layer closely, dropping a size might not be a bad idea
