Is this jacket windproof? I'm looking for a really warm jacket that will cover my butt for those cold, windy chair lift rides. How's this one?

This Jacket is completely waterproof and windproof. it is a 20,000mm fully seam sealed garment. It is also longer in the Back but still short enough in front to not be too tight what seated. I am the sales rep for Obermeyer answering your question.
