Hey I'm 5'11 and waist size 32 what size should i get ? I want the 40 liter large bag but im not sure if it will be to large for me trying to find a back pack for my trip to aus staying there for 3 weeks and i am not quite sure what pack i want i just know for sure that i want the bag to be able to be carry on and have enough room to bring back a few small souvenirs.

I'm 5'8, 157lb with waist size 32, and Koa size M fits me well. I have been to a full day trek with it packed solid, and it feels comfortable all the way through.

I've taken my Black Diamond Predator 50L carry-on multiple times. Not sure if that helps.
