i am thinking about getting either the Apex bionic thermal or Sentinel thermal. it's kinda hard not being able to try them or feel them. anyone has any idea on which one feels more confortable. i live in Maryland, so kinda want something for the snow without feeling too bulky.

Hey Jon - I think I can help you with this one. The interiors on the jackets are pretty close, with a slight edge going to to the Sentinel with regards to feel- it is a little softer. The fleece interiors are about the same in loft, so I wouldn't say one is warmer than the other. The exterior softshells are quite different- the Bionic is heavier and feels pretty burly. The Sentinel is lighter and has a much more soft feel to it. Last, the fit on the Sentinel is more athletic and fitted, where the Bionic is higher volume and not as articulated. Breathability is going to be similar. Hope this helps-
