How wind resistant (or not) is this jacket? I'm looking for something that can be worn alone over a t-shirt and with a shell if the weather gets really cold. I'm NOT looking for something that can take 25-40mph winds... but I want something that will do well in a mild breeze. Love the plushness but want to be sure it's warm enough.

This is definitely not a Windstopper piece but it will protect you from some vicious breezes. I say you'll be fine.
